Under the designation of “Heine Law Review”, we purport to biannually publish English-language articles on all areas of German law. These will be written exclusively for this site, not merely abridged papers produced in other contexts. In stark contrast with other law reviews, contributions will be made mostly by students and research assistants. By platforming outstanding contributions, the Heine Law Review will both encourage voluntary commitment and foster academic skill and scientific excellence.
